Email address — when you join our waitlist. Theme preference — stored as a functional cookie (theme=light|dark) to remember your display setting between visits. This cookie contains no personal data.
How we use your data
Your email is used exclusively to send you updates about Letra da Lei — including the launch announcement and early-access invitation. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties.
Legal basis (LGPD, Art. 7)
We process your email under the legitimate interest basis (Art. 7, IX of Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD): you explicitly requested information from us when you joined the waitlist. You may withdraw your interest at any time.
Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until the product launches and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights (LGPD, Art. 18)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@letradalei.com.
