Service status and changes

Letra da Lei is an evolving service. Features, availability, coverage, pricing, technical requirements, and access conditions may change at any time. Having access does not create a guaranteed right to continued access or future availability.

Permitted use

You may use the website, API, and MCP server only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade technical limits, use them in a malicious or abusive manner, or use them in any way that could harm Letra da Lei, its systems, or third parties.

Responsibility for use

You are solely responsible for how you use the website, API, MCP server, and any information, search results, citations, summaries, documents, or other material obtained from them or derived from them. You are also responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

No legal advice and no guarantee of accuracy

The website, API, MCP server, and their outputs are provided for general informational and technical use only. They do not constitute legal advice. Letra da Lei does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, integrity, availability, suitability, or currentness of any data, output, citation, translation, summary, or result.

Derived information and external publication

If you create reports, studies, analyses, products, or public materials based on information obtained through Letra da Lei, you remain fully responsible for them. You must not present Letra da Lei outputs as independently verified legal conclusions without your own review.

Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, commercially exploit, or create a competing service based on the website, API, MCP server, or any substantial portion of their content, structure, or outputs.

Availability and changes

Letra da Lei may modify, suspend, limit, monitor, or discontinue the website, API, MCP server, or any part of them at any time, with or without notice. We may also grant, deny, or revoke access at our discretion.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, API, MCP server, and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
